Investment Terms & Property Requirements

Total Prices: Fully inclusive of HST as listed above.
Overhead Shelter Clause: Client is strictly required to provide a sturdy, 100% waterproof overhead shelter (commercial tent or pavilion roof) covering the entire DJ performance setup zone to shield components from rain and direct solar heat.
Power Standards: Main reception audio and lighting fixtures require access to a dedicated and stable hydro/power source provided by the property within 20 feet of the performance setup zone. Ceremony systems run fully on independent battery power.
Travel Fees (CRA Rate): Applied for private property events located outside of our primary Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent service regions.
Private Property Logistics & Access Policy: A standard $250 Private Property Logistics Fee applies only to events hosted at private residences or estates that involve complex load-in conditions—such as restricted access routes, tight or gated driveways, designated long-distance load-in paths, or limited vendor parking. Events with direct, unobstructed, standard ground-level access are exempt from this fee.
Strict Access & Load-In Requirements: To ensure the safety of our crew and equipment, all private property bookings must meet the following mandatory access conditions:
1. Ground-level access is strictly required.
2. We do not perform setups requiring stairs.
3. If a setup area is not on the ground level, dedicated elevator access is required.

Important Note: If our team arrives at a property that requires moving equipment up or down stairs without a working elevator, we will be unable to complete the setup and the event may be canceled. Please confirm your property's layout with us prior to booking!
