Are digital backdrops included in the $399 package, and can fans pick their background?

Yes! Interactive digital backdrop selection is 100% included in our standard $399 + tax package. Guests can tap and select their favorite AI/digital background—such as stadium lights, ice arena surfaces, or custom team graphics—directly on the kiosk screen before taking their photo.

What physical backdrop options do we have?

You have full control over your setup! Use our built-in on-screen digital backdrops for free, bring your own team/sponsor banner to set up behind the kiosk for free, or upgrade to a premium physical pillowcase fabric backdrop from our inventory for +$100

Do you provide physical props or prop tables?

For games and tournaments, we strictly enforce a NO Physical Props policy to keep lines moving fast, prevent concourse clutter, and maintain a clean, germ-free setup. For sit-down dinner banquets and awards galas, we offer a fun, curated physical prop table as an optional add-on for +$75!

How long does the experience take per guest? Will it create long lines?

The entire process—selecting a backdrop, posing, entering phone/email info, and receiving the digital card—takes about 1 minute total per guest. Our attendant-led kiosk keeps lines moving smoothly during busy intermissions, tournament breaks, and banquet cocktail hours.

Can the text messages and emails sent to fans be customized?

Yes! You have 100% control over the outgoing SMS and email copy. You can include custom message text, special discount promo codes, clickable buttons linking to ticket pages, team store deals, or direct landing pages for your local sponsors.

Is this service limited to hockey teams, or can other sports & local organizations use it?

It works for any sport, team, or local organization! We create custom graphic overlays for hockey, baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, ringette, gymnastics, cheer, Youth Bowling Canada (YBC), non-profit galas, and year-end sports banquets.

How does the $0 Net Cost sponsor-funded model work?

Our core activation package is $399 + tax. Most teams and organizations package the kiosk asset for a local business partner (e.g., local sporting goods store, dealership, or restaurant) for $500–$750 as an official Event Activation. The sponsor gets their logo and clickable link on every card delivered to fans' phones, covering your $399 cost and leaving your organization with a $0 net cost.

What happens if arena or venue Wi-Fi goes down or has poor signal?

Our software features 100% offline queueing capability. If venue Wi-Fi drops or thick walls block cell service, all photos and contact info store safely on the kiosk and deliver automatically as soon as the device reconnects to a network.

What deliverables does our organization receive after the event?

You receive a clean CSV spreadsheet containing all collected attendee emails and phone numbers (opted in for marketing), plus a link to a high-resolution online photo gallery ready for your team to share on social media.

What do we need to provide on event day?

Very little! We only require access to 1 standard 110V wall outlet and venue Wi-Fi (if available). We supply all lighting, kiosk hardware, stands, signage, and tablecloths, arriving a minimum of 60 minutes before doors open to handle 100% of the setup and teardown.
