Ceremony Sound: A dedicated, battery-powered professional sound system (no power outlet required!).
Ceremony Mics: Wireless handheld microphone for your Officiant, with a wired backup ready to go.
Custom Soundtrack: Tailored music for guest arrival, processional, registry signing, and recessional.
Seamless Transition: Background music as your guests transition from ceremony to cocktails.
Outdoor Logistics & Enhancements
Outdoor Logistics & Enhancements
Guest Count: Our standard outdoor packages are optimized for up to 150 guests. For larger celebrations, we will provide a custom quote for additional speakers to ensure perfect audio coverage for every guest.
Equipment Protection: To protect our high-end gear from the elements, we require a covered DJ area. Don’t have one? We can provide a 10x10 Professional DJ Tent for an additional $100.
Power Solutions: If your site lacks electricity, we can provide Portable Power (Generator & Fuel) starting at $100.
Service Availability: Due to lighting and technical requirements, Monograms, Uplighting, and Social Booth services are not available for outdoor tent events.

How to Book: We require only a $250 retainer fee to save your date. We offer flexible payment options for the balance!
Venue Specifics: Prices stated above are for Private Property / Outdoor Venues. For Indoor events - Click here for our pricing
Logistics: Our Ceremony + Reception package assumes both events are at the same address. If you are changing locations, let us know, as additional charges will apply for an off site ceremony! (This will need to account for extra travel, setup and time)
Travel & Load-in: While we strive for flat pricing, some venues may require additional charges for travel, parking, or complex security/load-in procedures. We will always be upfront about these costs during your quote.
