The Tech: Wireless and wired microphone options for speeches and toasts.
The Planning: 24/7 access to our online planning portal and unlimited consultations to get every detail right.

How to Book: We require only a $250 retainer fee to save your date. We offer flexible payment options for the balance!
Guest Count: These packages are designed for up to 200 guests. For larger celebrations, please contact us for a custom quote to ensure we bring enough audio coverage.
Venue Specifics: Prices stated above are for indoor public venues.
For outdoor events and private property weddings - Click here for our pricing
For specific venues like Caesars Windsor, St. Clair Centre for the Arts, and DoubleTree Downtown Windsor, please contact us for a custom quote.
Logistics: Our Ceremony + Reception package assumes both events are at the same address. If you are changing locations, let us know, as additional charges will apply for an off site ceremony! (This will need to account for extra travel, setup and time)
Travel & Load-in: While we strive for flat pricing, some venues may require additional charges for travel, parking, or complex security/load-in procedures. We will always be upfront about these costs during your quote.
