All Private Property Events (Regardless of in a barn, garage or Tent) - All of Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex

Things to know ...

This includes all Tent receptions on Public or Private Property as well as Barn / Garage / Backyard receptions on Private Property.
This also includes open exposed areas of paved enclosures like pavilions public or private.
The DJ area must be in a covered area to avoid exposure to the elements that cause damage to the DJ’s Equipment. We can provide coverage for an extra charge.
Different equipment may be used for outdoor events than indoor events due to durability and manufacturer recommendations of said equipment.
Monograms, Uplighting & The Social Booth Services are not available for outdoor tent events.

Why the difference in prices from Indoor Venues???

Do to lack of normal amenities, exposure to heat, precipitation, weather events, Dew and dust / dirt that causes damage and depreciation to the equipment. As well as to maintain and properly clean the equipment after the event.
Outdoor and tent events do not have surfaces for sound to reflect off. These events require additional or larger more powerful audio systems to properly provide adequate coverage for the event.

Additional Charges

A DJ Tent (For Cover) is available (10x10) for an additional - $100
Portable Power (Generator with Fuel) is also available starting at $100 (Fuel Extra)

Online Website Planning Access so you can pick all your favorite songs and we don’t miss any special moments.
Unlimited Planning meetings.

Only a $200 retainer fee to save the date and book our services.

One (1) loud speaker professional sound system for the ceremony location (Indoor or outdoor) - if required. This is a completely battery powered system, we do not need access to electricity.
Wireless handheld microphone for your Officiant to use during the ceremony
A backup wired microphone within distance of the service in case of wireless drop out
Background music for when your guests arrive and depart
Processional song choices, song for the signing of the registry, wedding party recessional - all customizable.

For the Reception ...
